Refund Policy

Given the nature of the products sold on Lazy Prompts, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued except for under the following conditions:

  1. You have followed the prompt's instructions while respecting the parameters inherent in the prompt
  2. You have made a good-faith effort at creating the desired result using the prompt
  3. If the prompt fails to deliver as advertised in the descriptions in the examples on the list page despite #1 and #2 above
  4. You request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchasing the prompt

If you think all 4 conditions are met, you may submit an email to admin@lazyprompts.com requesting a refund. Your email should contain the email you used to make the purchase and a video showing your exercising the prompt as instructed and demonstrating how the end result was not as advertised.

Our team will review your request and conduct an investigation into the matter. If and only if we agree that the shortcomings stemmed from the prompt or the way it was advertised, we will issue a full refund.

Refund requests made beyond the 7 days from date of purchase will not be considered.
